As the results from the second quarter of the National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization’s Quality Connections program are tabulated, NHPCO celebrates participants that have earned rings in the inaugural year of the program.
NHPCO’s Quality Connections is a national program designed to engage hospice and palliative care providers in continuous quality improvement. Program participants are required to achieve milestones within defined timeframes by participating in education and competence, application of education, performance measurement, and innovation that promotes high-quality care delivery, which leads to service excellence.
NHPCO has created a Quality Connections map of the United States that lists participating hospice programs that have made advances in the Quality Connections program to date.
Intrepid USA Healthcare Services is one of the many organizations recognized for earning at least one ring during the second quarter of the Quality Connections Program.
