Nearly every aspect of life has changed because of the coronavirus, but for seniors, not being able to leave or see family members during the COVID-19 pandemic can quickly take a toll.
That’s why Heather Artrip, Patient Advocate in Abingdon, VA, and her mini-pony, Treppy, have been making their rounds visiting with residents and staff of local assisted living facilities as an activity to bring smiles to their faces.
